元日の夜は、穏やかな雪となりました。

扉の法被を着てたくさんのお客様にもお手伝いいただきましたが、こちらでご紹介ができないのが残念です。
『昔はよくやったね』『初めてやりました！』と世代によっていろんなお声を頂戴しました。

先日、冬支度の明神館にホテルジャーナリストのせきねきょうこ様がお越しになりました。 人気雑誌のDiscoverJapan様の一泊二日の取材で、1月6日発売号に掲載していただけます。 冬ということで雪見のお風呂とフレンチをメインで特集。
The other day, Kyoko Sekine, a hotel journalist, came to the Myojinkan for winter preparations. You can publish it in the January 6th issue of Discover Japan, a popular magazine, for one night and two days. As it is winter, the main feature is Yukimi's bath and French cuisine.

玄関口にある石楠花（シャクナゲ）の葉は、マイナス５度になると葉を閉じます。
アルプスの山々が白く。。色づきました。 扉の初雪はいつになるでしょう。

The leaves of Ishikusuhana (Rhododendron) at the entrance close when the temperature reaches -5 degrees.
In the old days, it seems that the temperature of stoves and hot springs was adjusted by judging the outside temperature by looking at the condition of the leaves.

橋などをつくり直す関係で重機が入りますので、大きな音がする可能性がございます。

■工事期間：2018年11月19日～12月12日まで＜土曜・日曜はなし＞
